Sergio is a General Partner and Board Member for Double Eagle Development. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer of BNV Group.

Sergio has led BNV Group for the last ten years, growing BNV Group from a real estate development company to a multifaceted asset management company. Currently BNV Group manages companies focused on development, construction, multifamily management, hotels, and asset management.

Prior to joining BNV Group, Sergio was a Senior Director of Development for Constructora Nahmias focusing on office building ground-up development.

Sergio´s creativity, decision making, and leadership has directed the BNV international expansion. His conviction and commitment to long term value drives the company’s success.

Sergio earned a Title of Civil Engineer Degree from the Universidad Los Andes and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Pontificia Universidad Catolica. He also participated in the Northwestern Kellogg exchange program.
