The Veterans Affairs Building is a turn-key, build-to-suit project and Balke Brown Transwestern's first office project with the General Services Administration. The building's design expands upon the classic St. Louis Union Station complex concept. and is a 4-story, 114,500 square foot building. A tree-lined pedestrian plaza links the VA building to Union Station.
