Pointe 400 (former Pet Plaza)

Pointe 400, formerly known as PET Plaza, contains approximately 285,525 square feet in a 15-story tower. The building, opened in 1969, is on the National Historic Register and occupies a full city block in downtown St. Louis.

Balke Brown Transwestern converted the former office building into 118 luxury-quality apartment units. Pointe 400 features a lounge, fitness center, 13th floor conference room and excellent views of the St. Louis Arch, riverfront and St. Louis Cardinals Busch Stadium.
