Fred serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Double Eagle Development and Balke Brown Transwestern. Fred guides the financial systems and processes to accommodate our continued profitable growth. Fred also keeps our finances controlled and visible to be instrumental to our continued success.

Fred has both a day-to-day and ongoing impact on company operations, helping the company to analyze, strategize, and grow our financial position. Fred not only understands current accounting practices and trends, but also assists in raising capital, performing in-depth financial analysis for real estate acquisitions and developments, and inspiring confidence in lending and investor relationships.

Fred began his career in public accounting at Ernst and Young in Kansas City, MO followed by RubinBrown in Clayton, MO where he spent his time advising and consulting with real estate developers and management company clients.

Since joining Balke Brown Transwestern in September 2019, Fred has been involved in the day-to-day management of the accounting function while also striving to drive overall company performance and growth, including the formation of Double Eagle Development.

Fred earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Rockhurst University in 2012, is a CPA and has been an AICPA and MSCPA member since 2012.
