Bemiston Place is a $90+ Million, beautifully designed, mixed-use development at one of the most prominent corners in Clayton, MO. The development will include 237 elegant apartment units with 3 floors of below grade parking, 10,300 square feet of retail with on-site parking and the restoration of the existing 1935 Shanley Building.
